Another question about my hazelnut torte
I made a hazelnut torte for a party I'm hosting tomorrow night. THe ingredients are butter, eggs, chocolate, ground hazelnuts and nutella. The topping is chocolate and cream. How should I store it til tomorrow......in the fridge or will it be ok on the counter. If i do put in the fridge, i'd let it come to room temperature b/f serving.
Thanks!

I see you live in Cali, runninduo. Probably still fairly warm out there. with chocolate, cream, and nutella in it and their propensity to get runny or soft, I'd refrigerate and then serve as you suggest.

I agree with mud! I'd do that year-round here, even.
