Brown Sugar Oatmeal Cake

2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup flour
1 tsp soda
1 cup oatmeal
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice

Pour 1 cup boiling water over the oatmeal and the margarine. Let sit for 20 minutes. Add 2 beaten eggs. Add the sugar and the dry ingredients. 9x9 pan. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.

Well, there's none left so I know its tasty! I put some nutmeg in it this time too and that was a hit.

Probably, I use parchment paper for easy removal. I think I'd grease it up if I didn't.
