INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups flour, about 500 ml or 17.59 fl.oz
  • 1 teaspoon of spirits or vinegar
  • 3 yolks
  • 3 three tablespoons of thick cream
  • fat for frying
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling
METHOD:
Add to flour ingredients such as egg yolks, cream, spirits or vinegar.
Knead smooth and soft dough. If dough is sticky, add a little flour.
Then the dough is rolled out thinly.
Cut lengthwise into strips about 2 cm wide. If the strips are too long, cut it in half so that they have a length of 12 cm.
Then, the resulting single strips cut in the middle and put one end of the incision.
Then proceed to fry. In a deep pan heat the fat and heavily put brushwood. Fry on both sides until golden brown.

Finally, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
