Buttercream question

I made a beautiful white cake with a raspberry buttercream filling. I have tons of filling leftover. The buttercream was made with a sugar and water mixture cooked to soft ball stage and added to egg whites beaten with sugar and cream of tartar....then I added raspberry jam and raspberry extract. Today is Sunday. Will the buttercream last until Wednesday...for cupcake topping? How do I store it? Thank you
