Cake recipe questions

Ok, I have a lemon cupcake recipe that I need to cut in half, but it calls for 3 eggs. How would I go about doing this?

Thanks,
Stephanie

Beat all three eggs, measure, use half. Scramble the other half for a sandwich or something.
