Cake sinks in middle

Thank you everyone for trying to help. I never heard of the baking911.com. In reading this, it says the purpose of creaming is to create tiny air bubbles. Vegetable oil does not hold them at all. Perhaps then it is the vegetable oil in it but it makes the cake so moist. Then like I said sometimes it doesn't happen at all with the sinking in the middle. I haven't checked my oven temperature in a while. I will try everything that everyone has mentioned. Baking cakes is actually one of my specialties. I love layer cakes instead of sheet cakes because I think they are prettier. I have had a lot of friends try to get me to sell cakes. I am excited because tomorrow night I am going to my first professional cake decorating class.
Again I thank everyone. I have enjoyed this cooking forum because everyone is so kind and helpful to people. I can tell there are a lot of tallented cooks on this site.
