I have to say that this is the best looking cake I've ever made! It's for my Grandma's 80th birthday tomorrow. I'm so excited for her to see it, I hope she likes it!!

Thanks you guys. It's a chocolate whipped frosting and the filling is the same, though I added a layer of regular chocolate filling, since the whipped stuff isn't that sweet.

I don't have one of those gadgets, though I could have used one for this. To make the little cake lines, I just used my cake saw and estimated where everything should go.

I'm excited, man I can't believe she's 80!! She's in great shape and still is a social butterfly so I hope that continues.
