Chocolate cuppy cheesecake

Ingredient A
250g Cream Cheese
60g caster sugar
1 egg

Ingredient B
180g butter
150g sugar
3 eggs
3tbsp cocoa powder
120g self raising flour
1tsp baking powder


Method:

1. Beat ingredient A until fluffy

2. From ingredient B, beat butter and sugar, add in eggs one at a time. Add in remaining ingredients.

3. Using a 8' square tin, pour in half portion of No. 2. Then pour in No. 1 mixture. Pour the remaining portion bater of No. 2. (there are a total of 3 layers). OR u can chose to put it in cup like wat i did which is meant for a party.

4. Baked in oven for 150C for 40 - 45min. Cool well then keep cake in refrigerator.

Yep, now that's what I'm talkin about, individual serving sized with plenty for seconds, thirds... cuppy me up Ms bubbly
