Chocolate Ganache Discovery
I have found that wehn adding Nuttella Hazlenut sspread to a chcolate ganache, the oil seperates out somewhat. This isn't a problem with cholcate butter-cream frosting.
I used paper towels to absorb the excess oil. The devils food cake with chocolate-hazlenutt frosting was a huge hit at today's pot luck.
All is good.
