Hi, emilyjane. Welcome to DiscussCooking

When you're in a forum, there is an area called Display Options. By default, it displays posts from the last two weeks. If there are none from the last two weeks, you can change the time in the dropdown menu to the last month, six months, etc. Then it should show some results. You can also do a search. In the Advanced Search screen, you can specify which forum to search.

They do tend to get mixed up with the questions and such, but they are there
