Dark Chocolate & Coconut cake

This is one of my favorites!
Chocolate & coconut cake, easy and fast to prepare:
  • 100 gr coconut flour

    125 gr yogurt

    110 gr sugar

    70 gr butter

    3 eggs

    100 gr white flour

    1 baking powder

    dark chocolate

    Melt all the ingredients together adding chocolate at the end. Cook into pre-heat oven at 180 C for 15-20 minutes. Check cooking with a toothpick. Spread with coconut flour or sugar!
    You can substitute chocolate with cherries under syrup.

Is baking powder sold in packets in Italy? How many grams or teaspoons would there be in "1 baking powder"?

i have never see coconut flour. anyone know where it can be bought?

taxlady, the baking powder in Italy is sold fresh and into envelopes, 15 gr for 500 gr white flour.
babetoo, the coconut flour is dried and grated coconut, I think you can easily find it into stores!
