Deconstructed Banana Royal

Banana Royal was a banana chocolate cake with a whipped fluffy icing that my grandmother made all the time. I deconstructed it for a party and it went over great! In small bowls, divide a "pudding" made from whipping a quart of heavy cream, 1 cup of butter cream icing, 6 browning bananas, and a pinch of salt. whip until it has a very smooth texture. then slice a 2x2 inch square of chocolate cake in half and caramelize some thin slices of banana and sandwich them between the cake halves and pres down into the center of the bowl.

That sure does sound good!
All I really need is love, but a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt

I have always thought a Banana Royal was a banana split with 3 scoops instead of 2!
