I need to bring a birthday cake to work. The birthday person like Baileys Irish Creme. I am wondering if the alcohol cooks off or not. Would this be appropriate to bring to work? I see that people's children like it i some of the reviews. There is 3/4 cup liqueur in the cake and then a glaze that is cooked 5 min and then lastly add 1/4 cup Baileys. I just don't know if I can take it to work unless the alcohol is gone.

It might also depend on where you work. Where I work it would be fine - it looks like it might retain about 20% of the alcohol content?
