Eggs free or dairy free cakes

Rum Sultana Cake....no eggs, no milk, no butter and yet soft, moist and full of flavour. This is a healthy recipe. Great with a cup of tea or coffee. Check out recipe and more pictures at Keep Learning Keep Smiling Rum Sultana Cake

Cheers,
shalinee

nice looking cake. What's with the url that looks like spam, though.

Oh no, my blog is not a spam. Be assured of that. You can check it out. There's a lot of very nice recipes there. Why do you think it's a spam? I can explain if you can let me know.

it was the tinyurl/"random characters" that threw me. About the cake, though. I read the recipe and it sounds even better than the picture. Nice work =)

vyapti, thanks very much for letting me know. Really appreciate that. The tinyurl is used to shorten long web address. If I don't shorten it, it will be very long like Keep Learning Keep Smiling Rum Sultana Cake. But I can use that next time. Thanks for your compliments. I enjoy cooking and would love to share my recipes. They are easy and simple ones and my family favourites. Hope you enjoy it.

Cheers,
shalinee
