makes for a 9' pie plate
1 8oz. cream cheese (room temp)
1/3 C. sugar
1 8oz. cool whip (defrosted)
2 c. crushed peanutbutter cookies (preferable girlscouts)
1 1/2 T melted butter (you mauy need more)
Hershy's chocolate syrup ( for decor)
Add crushed cookies to the pan, pres firmly. Mix cream cheese and sugar. Stir in cool whip. Add to the top of cookie crumbs. drizzle with chocolate syrup for decor. Put in fridge for two hours to chill
