It stuck to the inside of the bundt ring or whatever its called. We sprayed it a lot with Pam and my wife added a little flour to the surface but didnt work out. What is the best method to insure the cake will come out in one piece?

I had that problem once & it was because I let the cake cool too long in the bundt pan. I learned after that to let the cake cool for only 10-15 minutes in the pan before turning it out to cool completely.

I sprinkle a few sliced almonds on the bottom of pan it helps alot or else try Wiltons cake release you can usually find it at Walmart in the crafts section. :) That stuff is amazing. Another trick is to not wait more than ten minutes before you flip cake out of pan if it is longer warm pan in a a bowl of hot water then flip.
