How can I prevent my cakes not to fade away?

When I make a cake or cookie, it is puffing out
really good in my mini oven.. But a minute later
it starts to fade away slowly...
I tried to leave it in the oven for 5 minutes or getting cool... It didn't work..
What can I do?
I know my oven is not enough. And I'm sure my ingredients are OK...
 
Can you post your recipe? A 'falling' cake can be due to many things -

- oven temperature
-too many eggs/sugar for the amount of flour in the recipe
-beating too long or not long enough

Let's see what your recipe is!
 
What is a mini oven? Just a small oven or are you using a toaster oven or something else?
