ISO Bacardi Rum Cake Recipe

Does anyone have this recipe? I made it several times over Christmas and have lost the darn recipe! Thanks in advance.

It's supposedly a duplicate of the Tortuga Rum Cake recipe. It's not an exact copy, but it's pretty close. It's delicious!

I used to make it back in the late 70's, and it's so good!!

Oh, I use this recipe all the time, it's becoming a standard in my family and usually if short on time but hve to bring a cake - i'll make this and it's a success all the time plus it has people raving about it!

For an extra added twist of flavor, try making it with Malibu Rum. The coconut flavor should add an exotic tropical flavor to it!!
