Smile ISO cannoli cake recipe

Has any body heard of a cannoli cake and if so how to make??????
I have a neighbor who says they are to die for ?? I would like to make him one Dave Hutchins Yitchakben@bresnan.net

Dave,
you might check out this thread and see what you find..I think there is another one as well and I'll look for it..I'm thinking since the filling is ricotta cheese that a cake would be a sponge of some sort. Hopefully one of our bakers here will help you.
