ISO: Caramel Apple Cheesecake

A girl that I work with brought a Walmart sampler of cheesecakes to work yesterday. I picked up what I thought was just caramel. I was nicely surprised when I found it to be caramel apple. Does anyone know a recipe for this. Has anyone else tried Walmart's?

With only 4 slices of my cheesecake left and 5 children to consume them, I killed the two youngest because making two more just like them is as good as eating that leftover slice of superlative cheesecake.
