ISO help converting fruit cake to pudding.
We have an unusually dry fruit cake. DW suggests it will be no good as a cake, so wants to convert it to a pudding. My mind goes the bread & butter pudding route. Any one else have an idea or recipe we could use.

What about using it in a trifle?
Or » Dundee Pudding (or what to do with leftover christmas cake) | A Recipe From Everyday Epicurean «?
And my December edition of Australian Good Taste suggested the following for Christmas pudding leftovers:

Christmas Pudding icecream
Toasted Pudding with berries and cream
Christmas Trifle
Pudding Petit Fours
