ISO Mauds cake recipe

when i was growing up my mom made a white cake that was very dense with coconut, pineapple and cherries in it.

when i google maud's cake , i get chocolate cakes.

does anyone have a recipe such as i described. or has even heard of the cake.

i would love to find one............fond memories
