ok so i want to make a layered chocolate cake and top it with an orange syrupy, almost pie filling like topping.
im going to make 3 layers of chocolate cake, and in betweem the layers a chocolate/orange mouse type filling. anyone have any ideas on what i can do to make this kind of topping?
