Karaburun - need recipe for Coco-mandarin-Zupfkuchen

In Member Photos, I spotted this lovely cake,
which was made by Karaburun. It's so gorgeous!

I'm hoping you can give us the recipe, please!

Here´s the recipe for the Zupfcake


sorry, I´ve just seen your thread...

Kokos-Mandarinen-Zupfkuchen ( It´s my very own creation )
120 g Zucker /sugar
100 g Butter /butter
1 Ei /egg
1 TL Vanilleextraktpulver ( ich liebe Vanillle......) /Teaspoon Vanilla
240 g Mehl /flour
2 TL Backpulver /Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Prise Salz7 Pinch Salt

Daraus einen Teig mache und teilen in: 2/3 --- für den Boden und den Rand

From this make a dough and use 2/3 for the ground and 1/3 for the top (the Zupfs.. )

1/3 --- für die Zupfis

Dann legt man von innen nochmal Backpapier unten und am Rand aus, und füllt getrocknete Erbsen rein, zum blindbacken (damit der Teig beim Backen seine Form behält)
Das Ganze 10 Min. bei^180°C
Use baking Paper for the ground and butter the sides.Now fill the 2/3 from dough in baking pan (for diameter ca. 26-28 cm) and make a 2 cm high side (like a pie). Fill dry peas in it (blind bakin. so the dough will be in his form )

Bake it on 180°C for ca. 10 Min.

Füllung: 7Filling

120 g zucker /sugar (but I think you´ll need more for amerikan relations )
2 P. Bourbon-Vanille (in Tütchen) /ca. 15 g per package
2 getrennte Eier /seperate eggs
2 El Kokosflocken /coco flakes(Soupspoons)
100 g Kokosmilch /Cocomilk
2 Becher Schmand /sour cream 2 cups á 200 ml
30 g Weichweizengriess /weak semonlina (?)
2 kl. Dosen Mandarinen /small canned mandarines)
2 gehäufte EL Speisestärke /rounded Soupspo. starch

Eiweiss steif schlagen. Die restlichen Zutaten (ausser den Mandarinen) zu einer glatten Masse verarbeiten und anschliessend den Eischnee unterheben.
Eggwhite whipped hardly. Stear the rest of the ingredients (not the mandarines) to a smooth cream . And now put the Eggsnow under the cream.
Please roll the mandarines in a little bit flour.

Nach den 10 Min. Vorbackzeit die Erbsen und das Backpapier innen entfernen und 2/3 der Füllung reingeben, dann die Mandarinen darauf verteilen. Anschliessend den Rest der Füllung drüber giessen.
After 10 Min. first baking time , remove the peas out of the doug. Now give 2/3 from the cream on the dough, than the floured mandarines and at last the rest of the cream.

Aus dem restlichen Drittel Züpfe auf die Füllung geben.
From the 1/3 doug we left, make now little pieces ( like a 2€ piece) and share it on the top of the cream

Das ganze wird nochmal ca. 60 Min. bei 180°C in die Röhre
geschoben. Vóila!
All together for ca. 60 Min. on 180°C in the oven.
