Hey everyone! Heres a fun one! Jed keeps after me to post one. So, I chose one that I thought he and everyone else would like!
1 store bought cake mix (i prefer one from scratch) but this is a Summer Fun Cake and it sure is hot in the kitchen!
8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
1 pkg instant pistachio pudding
2 reg. size cans of crushed pineapple
1 tub Cool Whip
Chopped nuts or coconut (optional)
Bake cake acording to directions. Make pudding according to directions. Beat in softened Cream Cheese. Spread over cool dry cake. Spoon drained pineapple over pudding. Frost withCool Whip and top with nuts or cocconut (opt).
Keep refrigerated and covered. It's ready for that hot summer day! Yall. Enjoy!! Was'nt that easy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :P
