Light, fluffy moist cupcakes

I'm looking for a vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, carrot, lemon and/or snickerdoodle cupcake that is light, fluffy, and moist! Can someone please help! Thank you in advance!

Oh, if I can find it my mom has a great chocolate cake recipe that works well for cupcakes too. Her carrot cake recipe is pretty good too. Actually, they might both have been my grandmother's originally. I'll see if I can find them and if not see if my dad can post them.
