Thanks DL!
I surprised myself. I thought for sure they would be dense or something.

Give us this day our daily bacon.

chocolate, cupcakes, recipe

LP's Mom's TNT Stuffed Chocolate Cupcakes I will start with the cupcake batter and will have to add the filling when I find it. You can't bake them without it but at least you can see if this is a recipe for you! The filling is cream cheese chocolate chip with a simple but decadent chocolate frosting! Easy Chocolate Cupcakes 1 egg 1/3 cup cocoa 1/2 cup margarine 1 1/2 cups flour 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup sour milk or buttermilk 1 tsp soda 1 cup white sugar 1/2 hot (not boiling) water 1/4 tsp salt Place ingredients in a bowl in the order given. Don't mix until the last item is added. Beat well. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes. 3 stars 1 reviews
