Hello.

If anyone has experience with bake even strips, I'm wondering if I need to use the exact length strip for the size of tin I will be using? On this occasion I will be making 6, 9 and 12 inch cakes (one of each). I am thinking of buying the large packet which sells 4 strips in the following sizes - 10, 12, 14, 16 inches, but then I will need to use the longer strips for smaller cakes... will that work or do they have to fit exactly?

Many thanks,

Rebecca

Rebecca I use the bake strips and find they really work well... Mine have a large T pin to attach them so I don't see why you can't use different sizes... Also if you find that your cake is to uneven, slice the top off, no one will know once you have frosted it... :):):)
