Oatmeal cupcakes vs oatmeal muffins?

Is there such a thing as an oatmeal cupcake - that is different from an oatmeal muffin?

In general, cupcakes are more like a cake while muffins are more quickbread-like. An oatmeal based item would probably fall into the latter category. However, I suppose you could use finely ground oat flour to make a cake-like baked good that's more like a cupcake.

If you put icing on it, then it's a cupcake.
