this is my first recipie for you from Germany
100 g sugar
100 g flavour (white fine)
2 TS Bakingpowder (Backpulver)
With this ingredients you make a doug and put it in a Springform pan. Bake this for 12-15 minutes on 200°C. And then you make with following ingredients
750 g Applesauce
1 Package Vanilliapuddingpowder
a creme. This cream you put slowly on the first baked dough.
Now the following ingredients:
600 g sour cream
4 Soupspoons sugar
4 eggs (the eggyellow)
3 eggs (eggwhite)
from this you also make a creme ( the eggwhite make to eggsnow) and put it under the creme
This creme comes over the Applesauce creme.
Now all together comes in the oven ca. 20 Minutes on 200 °C
