It was the last cake I made at Yalda night( 21 dec.):chef:
do we have the reciepie in this forum?
I know the recepie if you want just ask me so I will share my delicious recepie with you:yum:

here is the recepie:chef:



chocolate Biscuit ......................... 220 gr ( I used coconut biscuit and I added 1 spoon cacao so It became a chocolate biscuit :ROFLMAO:)
melted butter ................................. 80 gr
cream cheese .................................. 400 gr
sugar ............................................. 150 gr
Confectionary cream ............................... 350 gr
jelly powder ..................................... 3 tea spoon
natural orange huice ....................................... 80 ml

ingredients for toping
Pomegranate seed ......................................... 400 gr
orange juice ....................................... 60 ml
jelly powder(Aleo vera or Pineapple ........ 50 gr
sugar ............................................. 2 spoon
hot water ....................................... 1 cup



add melted butter with biscuit powder
press the biscuits in a 7cm ring(as you see in the picture)and put it in the refrigerator for 1 or 2 hours.

mix jelly powder with orange juice and put it on indirect heat(hot seam) till it become clear and well mixed.and put it aside in the kitchen till it become cool

beat cream cheese and sugar with electric whisk till sugar mix well
add the jelly mixture and beat with normal speed
add the well beated confectionary cream to the cheese mixture and fold it with spoon(do not mix with electric whisk)

*you need some talc. I bought them and cut them in 7 * 26 cm rectangular
bring the biscuit and talc around them ( as you see in the picture) and pure the mixture of cheese on the biscuits and try to flat the surface of the cheese mixture

and finally add the topings and put in refrigerator for at least 5 hours

how to make topings;

add sugar to hot water till mix well
add jelly powder and put it on indirect heat(hot steam)till well mixed and become clear

put it aside and all orange juice
wait till it cool down

pure the Pomegranate seed on the cheese at the top of the bisciuts and add the jelly mixture

as i mentioned before put the biscuits at least 5 hours in the refrigrator
after that bring out the biscuit with the help of a thin knife help the talc part from the biscuit gently up lift the talc

OMG! I forgot to mention an Important point!!
soak the cream cheese for at least 8 hours unless the salt taste would be awful in this cake
