The Fall holiday season is approaching and the smell of pumpkin recipes is in the air. This is a recipe for a pumpkin cake roll from Libbys. We have been making this for years and it's excellent. The flavor and aroma make you weak in the knees.

NOTE: SO increases the quantities by 50% and uses two 9"x13" pans for two smaller rolls.

This recipe freezes well.

We've had good luck following this recipe. Roll it up right away while its hot, moist and flexible. Unroll carefully.

I think we had a break once. That became the bottom of the roll.

That's an awesome recipe. A former boss used to make me one every year for thanksgiving. This is the year that I finally get around to making one myself.

Great tip on increasing 50% for those who don't have a proper jellyroll pan, almost everyone who bakes should have a 9x13!
