This was a cake my grandma was known for. I usually don't like using cake mixes, but this one is an exception--it's SO good!

Cinnamon Nut Bundt Pan Cake
1 package yellow cake mix
1 small package instant vanilla pudding
¾ c oil
¾ c water
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs

¼ c sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
½ c ground nuts
(These three above ingredients can be doubled if you want)

Glaze
1 c powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla
½ tsp butter extract (optional)
2-3 Tbsp milk

Mix together cake mix and pudding mix. Add oil, water, vanilla. Add 4 eggs one at a time. Beat mixture for 6 minutes (do not beat for less).

In a separate bowl, mix together sugar, cinnamon, and nuts.

Grease bundt pan well with butter. Dust with the nut mixture. Pour a little cake batter into the pan and then sprinkle some of the nut mixture over the batter. Repeat these two layers 2 or 3 times, ending with nut mixture on top.

Bake at 350F for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cool cake in pan for 8 minutes. Turn onto platter and glaze while warm.
