How much does a US stick of butter weigh? I am thinking of making this this weekend, but I am guessing our butter comes in heavier weights!

Thank you Jan! Our standard stick of butter is A LOT bigger, so I was imagining the cake would be deep fried!

Thanks again, DH will love this.
