At Christmas time I make a Fruited Rum cake YUM After baking you are supposed to wrap it in cheesecloth for about 1 week and soak the cheesecloth in rum everyday. Both Hubby and I can not have alcohol. My question is can I use Rum flavoring diluted with water instead. And if so what might the proportations be?
