I have to say it is the best cooking video I have ever watched. Period. The timing was great. The text was simple and easy to read. The pictures removed all doubt. And the music was wonderful. The fact you use a KA mixer really encouraged me to try your recipe.

I do want to comment on the text. I do not see well. The white font is the right size for me. The blue background made it even easier to read. Thanks for thinking of your viewers..

I love the cake rack. Now I have to find one like it.
