Looks delicious, Joey.

I have to get my lazy butt going and make a cheesecake. It's been a while.

I made a pumpkin cheesecake with a ginger snap crust for my daughter. I only make it Thanksgiving time. Always a big hit.

Joey. Perfect looking cheesecake. I don't make CC. Dx does. It always has a crack that forms across the top as it cools. ( It must be part of the recipe as it happens Always. ) I thought that was the purpose of adding a berry topping to disguise it.

Whiskadoole, Try adding 3 TBSP of flour to your recipe. It helps to stop cracking. Give it a try.

I dug up my copy of the Lindy's cheese cake recipe we use and noted to add 3 Tbs flour/ I don't bake it, but I might someday. I'll mention it to Dx. I Like the Craters. After 35+ years, it's her trademark.

I forgot to mention, I also cook my cheesecake in a water bath.
