Ya, I remember seeing that recipe a while ago. I created a lower calorie version:
In a coffee cup, mix
2 tbl flour
2 tbl Splenda (or sugar if you want the high carb version)
1 tbl cocoa
¼ cup egg substitute
2 tbl unsweetened applesauce
Mix until completely combined.
Put cup in microwave for 2 1/2 minutes.
Let cool a bit (it will be very hot) and eat while still warm.
The best part about either version is that you don't care if you have frosting or not. The warm, moist cake is delicious on its own.
