The 5 Minute Chocolate Cake For 1 Person

I recently received this by email from a friend:http://dyingforchocolate.blogspot.co...ke-in-mug.html
(This can serve two if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).

And why is this the most dangerous cake in the world?
Because, now we are only 5 minutes away from chocolate
cake at any time of the day or night!

Ya, I remember seeing that recipe a while ago. I created a lower calorie version:

In a coffee cup, mix

2 tbl flour
2 tbl Splenda (or sugar if you want the high carb version)
1 tbl cocoa

Then add
cup egg substitute
2 tbl unsweetened applesauce

Mix until completely combined.

Put cup in microwave for 2 1/2 minutes.

Let cool a bit (it will be very hot) and eat while still warm.

The best part about either version is that you don't care if you have frosting or not. The warm, moist cake is delicious on its own.
