Hi all,

It is possible to find the lady fingers and mascarpone cheese in supermarkets or other locations in a large city?

I haven't looked yet.

Thanks

Edit - OK I see below that Costco sells them- perhaps I'll spend my efforts on something else. My wife often buys their cheescake for parties but I find it too rich and not that refined but I suppose this may be a good thing with Tiramisu.

I was also planning on making a hazelnut-chocolate cake from Americas test Kitchen Italian recipe book. They also list a almond cake which sounds very refined.

lady fingers and marscapone are both fairly commonplace items easily found in supermarkets of ordinary size in both towns and cities most anywhere in the u.s.
