This cake is 99% Chocolate even the Eggs are Chocolate. I used 2 Cadburry Chocolate Cream Eggs in place of 2 large eggs in the recepie.
In a cup put 6 Tablespoons Cocoa mix and 2 cups boiling water. Let set awhile to cool down.
In a Bowl put 1/3 cup / 75 ml Peanut Oil as it is nutty and great for baking. Add 2 Cups / 500 ml Cold Hot chocolate.
Open 1 ~ 10 oz. Bag of Chocolate Chunks which are great in baking because they don't cook down and melt as much as Chocolate Chips, and gives it an almost nutty texture. USE 3/4 or 8 oz. of the Bag of Chocolate Chunks stirring clockwise into the Cocoa mixture. Put the rest of the Chocolate Chunks aside to nibble on later, or use in another recepie.
Remove the foil from 2 Cadburry Chocolate Cream Eggs. Turning the Cadburry eggs sideways use a cold knife to cut the eggs into sections like a kiwi fruit, cut and stir them into the Cocoa mixture. The inner part may be sticky like regular eggs and have to be pulled apart and add it but stir the Cadburry Eggs into the Cocoa / Chunk mixture anyway. Cover with a pie pan and let set awhile to rest abit.
In a seperate Bowl mix together 1 ~ 18.05 oz. / 517 gm box Devils Food Cake Mix, and 1 ~ 19 oz. 110 gm package of Chocolate Fudge Pudding mix.
Add 6 Tablespoons of Cocoa mix. Mix everything up.
Add everything to the dry mixture and stir everything clockwise adding positive energy to the mix.
IF you did not or were unable to use the 2 Cadburry Chocolate Cream Eggs instead add 2 Large Eggs now. Mix everything together. Covwer and and let set abit to go into itself.
Preheat the Oven to 400 Degrees,
Use 1 cap of Peanut Oil and rub it into and along the edges of a 13" x 11" rectangular Cake Pan. This is fun. Peanut oil is best for baking as it flavors the food good and makes it a tad nutty.
Stir the mixture clockwise and pour it into the corners and the center of the cake pan and outward as if you were treaveling through time. Level it out.
Put it into the preheated oven and let bake at 400 degrees for 42 minutes. 42 is the answer to life, the universe, and everything.
Let it cool and put uncovered in the refrigerator for about a day. Put 2 ~ 167 oz. / 453 g containers Chocolate Fudge Icing evenly on the cake and put it back into the refrigerator uncovered for a few hours more. Share and enjoy.
