Thanks everyone. I think I'll order some from the King Arthur site. I see where they have it. If espresso has a chocolaty flavor I may have to try it as the drink, lol.

justnikki,
here is the espresso I use. No it does not taste like chocolate, but it enhances the flavor.

Medaglia D' Oro D'Oro Espresso, Instant, 2 oz - Best Price

I prefer Cafe Bustelo over Medaglia D'Oro. Cafe Bustelo is Cuban coffee, and their espresso is much richer, deeper, and stronger than Medaglia. I use espresso all the time in my chocolate goods, and when I once tried Medaglia, I had to use about 5 times more to equal the Bustelo, which is also less expensive then Medaglia.
Here's a link - scroll down to where it says "Café Bustelo Instant Coffee," which is actually espresso. Especially check out their 3.5 oz or 7 oz jars.

I haven't had the Bustelo Instant because it didn't say espresso. Now I'll have to try it. I have an account at Java Cabana...

Ya know, that always annoyed me - They actually have some tiny letters above the name in the upper left hand corner that says "tipo espresso," but why so tiny? If you look at the photo, you can just make it out:
