White Cake

Here is a recipe for a white cake. It was my great-grandmothers recipe. It is still a good recipe.

White Cake

·2 cups sugar
·1 stick butter
·3 eggs
·1 cup milk
·1 t vanilla
·3 cups flour
·2t baking powder
·1t salt
Cream sugar and butter.
Add eggs.
In another bowl combine milk and
vanilla and in
third bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Add alternately wet and dry ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes in a VERY WELL buttered bundt pan.
