White Truffle Cake
I tried making White Truffle Cake last night, and the truffle topping just didn't stiffen up like I had wanted it to. I used:
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
12 oz White Chocolate Chips
1 cup mascarpone
I boiled the heavy cream, added the chocolate chips until melted and blended, and blended the mascarpone once it cooled off a little bit. I chilled it in the refridgerator overnight, and the topping was STILL runny and wouldn't stand on its own.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
