Hi to everybody here!
After a long time, I come here again to this side.
So the evenings began to be longer and the autumn starts just here... the leaves are turning from green to a light yellow. At this time I started thinking about cookies.
Here we normally bake cookies mostly at x-mas time.
But I have a very good cookie recipe, which I ´ve got from an old bakery ( alomost closed) woman. They are our favourites.
Attention: German cookies are much less sweet than the american Cookies!!
OK, here´s the recipe:
Black and White Cookies
750 g Flour
200 g Powdersugar
500 g Butter ( please NO margerine!!)
1 Soupspoon unsweetend real cacaopowder ( no Instant!!)
Greetings from Germany

- From the first 3 ingredients kneat a smooth dough. Than divide it 1/2 to 1/2. At the 1/2 kneat the cacaopowder under. Now let the dough cool down in the fridge for ca. 30 Min.
- Now choose tho tipes of cookie cutter, one big and the other a smaller one, that suits into the other with enough space between it. Look to the next photo:
- The next step is: bake in the preheat oven (180°C) for circa 15 Min. Please controll the colour of the cookies. They must be only light golden brown at the sides.
