I have read in one of the posts here that in order to keep cookies chewy one has to add a box of pudding in to the mix.
For the life of me I can not find that post again but I swear it was here lol

My question is: if I’m working with a recipe and want to add pudding to it do I subtract equal amount of flour or do I just add it on top of rest of the stuff?

Re: Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

I just copied a recipe from cooks.com for Chocolate Chip cookies that have pudding in the recipe. Haven't tried them yet, but I'm going to this year for Christmas. I don't know if I should post the recipe since it isn't my own, but there are several chocholate chip cookie recipes on that website--this one has the large box of instant vanilla pudding and uses about 2 and 1/2 cups of flour. Hope this helps!

Thank you Mama, those sound/look awesome. Will try at least one kind this weekend. Thanks again :)
