Sara Beths's Cookie Pie:


Vanilla Wafers
Oreos
Cool Whip
Hershey Bar

In med size bowl put a layer of whole wafers and crumbled Oreos. On top of this a thick layer of cool whip! Continue layering until bowl is full. Finish with Cool Whip on top. Grate hershey bar on top...Chill several hours!!!

It seems only yesterday my little red head (girl) was standing on a stool in the kitchen making this....Now she's all grown up...a Doctor even...

Bottom line...spend time with those little ones in the kitchen and teach them the "Joy" of cooking...They will be gone in a twinkling of the eye!

I think I'd rather have chunks of the chocolate in with the oreos.
