How do you make your chocolate chip cookies?

Those look pretty yummy, Robert!

I like mine crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside with LOTS of chips. Our youth group love my recipe and insist on them for all their events. Good thing my KE does 12 dozen at a time and my convection oven will bake 60 at a time in 6 minutes!

I like mine big and puffy and crunchy. Lots of chips and big chunks of nuts, too.

I like mine small, gooey, and pale, almost like eating the dough.
