As I finished up my chocolate chip cookies I was eager to know other opionons...Flat or fat? Crispy or gooey? Dark or pale? Big or small?

How do you make your chocolate chip cookies?

I like mine crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside with LOTS of chips. Our youth group love my recipe and insist on them for all their events. Good thing my KE does 12 dozen at a time and my convection oven will bake 60 at a time in 6 minutes!

I like mine big and puffy and crunchy. Lots of chips and big chunks of nuts, too.
