Chocolate chip cookies with bacon

does anyone ever put fried bacon in their chocolate chip cookies? I would love to try it. The only recipe I could find was a chocolate chip peanut butter cookie with bacon. I don't want the p'nut butter because I made a batch of peanut butter cookies already. Could I just add the bacon to a regular tollhouse cookie recipe do you think?
