Yesterday the kids and I decided to make cookies. I was busy cooking bolognases sauce at the same time and that is where my concentration was. The would explain why I forgot to add the white sugar to the recipe. Thankfully the recipe also called for brown sugar. The cookies came out very puffy and surprisingly tasted really good. I did not even miss the sugar.

I think a lot of cookies recipes are over sugared and end up too sweet.

Glad they turned out nicely.

What kind of cookies did ya make? And do you need a shipping address? ;)

I wish the coconut sugar I bought was cheaper, it would be good in cookies. It will be used for the small amounts I use in coffee and oatmeal.

Tollhouse cookies...have to remember to leave out the white sugar.
